National Commission for Materials and Health

Alethéa Links was awarded the prize for the best oral presentation at the 3rd Joint Committee "Materials for Health" in Ambleteuse from 12 to 15 June 2017 in collaboration with the Biomat annual congress.
This work presented the potentials of Ti40Zr10Cu36Pd14 metallic glass for future dental applications, in particular in terms of machinability, mechanical properties, biocompatibility, corrosion resistance and also with tests on real size dental implants machined in the same conditions as the reference alloy (the TA6V).
