The METAL group has several equipments dedicated to its research activity:

• Thermo-electric power (TEP) setup
• G200 Agilent nano-indenter
• Gleeble 3500 thermo-mechanical setup
• X-ray microtomographs + in situ testing setup
• Fatigue setup for tension/compression (±5kN / ±100kN)
• Fatigue setup for bi-axial tension-bending (±100kN, 1100Nm)
• Fatigue setup for rotating bending
• Tension setup with optical extenso (±30kN)
• Salt baths up to 900°C
